Vartojimas ir dozavimas

Mix one 15 g dose (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before strength training. During endurance training, it is necessary to provide carbohydrates and drink enough fluids (e.g., ISODRINX). Maximum daily dose is 15 g. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
