PERMA-GUARD Diatomit Food – Fossil Shell Flour is a 100% pure, food-grade amorphous diatomaceous earth of freshwater origin, containing approximately 92% silicon dioxide (SiO₂). Sourced entirely from natural fossil shell deposits, it is free from additives, fillers and synthetic compounds, making it one of the purest forms of food-grade diatomaceous earth available on the market.

Diatomit Food is exceptionally versatile: it can be stirred into water, smoothies, juices or yogurt, or incorporated into everyday cooking and baking at a 1% addition rate. Its fine powder form allows easy mixing into your daily routine, whether you prefer it as a simple shake-and-drink preparation or blended into your favourite recipe.

Diatomaceous earth – E 551: silicon dioxide for food use. The source of silicon dioxide in the product is AMORPHOUS DIATOMACEOUS EARTH (Fossil Shell Flour – FSF). 100% amorphous diatomaceous earth of freshwater origin (silicon dioxide 92% SiO₂). Natural product of natural origin.

Vartojimas ir dozavimas

Shake & Drink: Add one measuring scoop (3 g) to a glass of drink, smoothie or yogurt. Stir. Diatoms as silica are insoluble but will form a suspension to be consumed. Enrich your dishes and baked goods by adding 1% Diatomit Food to the mixture.

Adults: Starting dose 1 scoop (3 g) per day dissolved in a glass of water; gradually increase daily portion up to a maximum of 15 g per day (5 scoops). Observe your body’s reaction. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day.

Children (from 12 years): Daily serving is half that of adults (max 7.5 g/day).

Not recommended for children under 12 years, breastfeeding mothers, or pregnant women.

Diatomaceous earth is a dusty mineral with desiccating properties. Avoid prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of the dispersed product, as it may cause irritation of the respiratory tract. Do not allow the product to get into the eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with large amounts of lukewarm water. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
