Recommended adult dose: All uses except abdominal pain: Take as needed; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1 tablet once daily, 10 to 30 minutes before bedtime, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Abdominal pain: At bedtime only; allow to dissolve under the tongue 1 tablet once daily, or use as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.
