Each daily serving delivers calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 (MK-7) and boron in a single, convenient supplement designed to complement a balanced diet and active lifestyle.

Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, to normal blood calcium levels, and to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

The formula uses Lithothamnium calcareum, a naturally occurring marine algae, as a food-form source of calcium and magnesium, alongside magnesium citrate for additional magnesium delivery.
