NFO Omega-3 Balance delivers a concentrated source of marine omega-3 fatty acids in a convenient mini softgel format, making daily intake straightforward and easy to maintain. Each serving of two softgels provides 1000 mg of high-quality fish oil sourced from anchovy, mackerel, and sardine — small, sustainably harvested fish known for their naturally rich omega-3 content.
Each serving supplies 180 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 120 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
