Vartojimas ir dozavimas
Vaporiser/Burner: Į garintuvą arba aromatinį degiklį įlašinkite 6–8 lašus eterinio aliejaus.
Inhalation (facial steam): Add 3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Not suitable for asthmatics via inhalation — use in a diffuser instead. Inhalation by steam not recommended for children under 10 years old.
Masažas: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil.
Batas: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.
