Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw D3 delivers 5,000 IU (125 mcg) of Vitamin D3 per capsule, sourced from a culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast — keeping the formula entirely free from animal-derived D3. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function.
